We’re hiring a Sales Specialist to work inside a premium automotive dealership as the primary tire sales expert. This role offers a stable 40‑hour schedule, higher earning potential, and real career growth.

• Base pay: $28.34 – $30.85 per hour
• Target annual commission: $13,200–$14,040
• Guaranteed commission during onboarding (up to 2 months)

• Medical, Dental, Vision (50% coverage)
• 401(k) match up to 7% (50% of employee contribution)
• PTO eligibility after 30 days (up to 19 days annually)
• Consistent 5‑day, 40‑hour work week

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive
• Perform quick visual inspections
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions
• Provide pricing and close sales
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.)

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal‑driven, customer‑facing environment
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)
