Responsibilities

Independently book accurate appointments
Accurate inputting of leads into i360 (Sales Force)
Independently use Centah and HDConnect
Answer inbound calls
Make outbound calls to schedule appointments

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent, required
Excellent customer service skills
High attention to detail
Competent using MS Excel and MS Word
Competent in oral and written communication
Experience using Salesforce is a plus
Call center experience a plus
Undergo a criminal and credit background check, in accordance with local laws and regulations
