About the Opportunity

We’re looking for an entry‑level Sales Development Representative who will work alongside experienced professionals to build relationships, develop sales skills, and support business growth in the Pleasanton area. No sales experience is required; the role includes a structured onboarding program, hands‑on training, mentorship and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Start each day with team collaboration, planning, and sales training.
  • Generate new business through calls, emails, networking, and in‑person outreach.
  • Build relationships with local businesses and decision makers.
  • Learn POA technology solutions and how they solve customer challenges.
  • Develop proposals tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Maintain strong follow‑up and customer communication.
  • Grow your pipeline through consistent prospecting and relationship‑building.

Preferred Qualifications
