ADP is searching for the next Major Accounts Client District Manager.
Responsibilities- Work within a geographic territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
- Implement a top‑down sales strategy targeting Presidents, CEOs, CFOs, and Owners to build a network with C‑level executives.
- Strategically cross‑sell with other ADP products and services beyond cloud‑based HR solutions, highlighting new products and solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal groups within the territory.
- 5+ years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory, with strong presentation skills.
- High school diploma.
- 4+ years of experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform or software sales.
- Ambitious spirit with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas.
- Established network connections.
- Organized with strong time‑management skills.
- Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication.

In California, the compensation range for this role is $56,100 - $121,500 per year. Base salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions.
