Provide customer service to site employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting details and escalating to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations;
Support access control in a tech-focused office location by verifying credentials, assisting with visitor check-in and badging, and helping to maintain orderly entry and exit procedures;
Monitor security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and communication tools, and complete daily activity logs and incident reports per post orders
