Security Officer Retail Store

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to observe visitor activity, support loss prevention efforts, and report suspicious behavior;
Assist with access control, de-escalation, and communication with staff, visitors, and/or first responders during routine operations or urgent situations
