We specialize in real estate transaction inspections and personal roofing needs, from small repairs to complete re-roofs and flat walking decks. • Install comp, concrete & clay tile.
• Carpentry related to roofing
• Waterproof
• Detect water leaks
• Troubleshoot with solutions
• Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, steep pitch, etc.)
• Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops and able to work on your feet for long periods of time
• Detail-oriented, resourceful and able to manage shifting priorities
• Good written and verbal communication skills required
• Ability to positively and effectively interact with internal and external customers
• Consistent attendance required
• Clean DMV record required Specialty Provides:
