Must Haves:
Candidate must meet one of the following:
- AA Technical Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Technology, or related field. 10+ years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing electrical systems/equipment /experience maintaining and repairing mechanical systems/equipment and experience working with control systems (BAS, BMS, building management controls)
OR
- Licensed/Certified Electrician (state or nationally recognized certification) 10+ years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing electrical systems/equipment /experience maintaining and repairing mechanical systems/equipment 3+years of experience working with control systems (BAS, BMS, building management controls)
