Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing Electrical systems in the residential space. They should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

What You'll Do!• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems and components.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions.
• Provide clear communication and education to homeowners on electrical solutions.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and uphold safety standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet customer expectations and department goals.
• Ensure all work is completed to code and company standards.
What You'll Need:• Minimum of one year of residential electrical experience.
• Valid electrical certification or license preferred.
• Strong technical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in confined spaces.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Physical Demands:Stand/Sit:
Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
Pay Transparency:The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $40,000 - $120,000 a year. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
