M5 Services is a commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton. We maintain and repair commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula.
THE WORKPainting in occupied commercial buildings: touch-ups, common areas, suites between tenants, and paint that finishes an interior remodel. Prep, cut, roll, spray, and leave it clean.
What We're Looking For- Commercial painting experience.
- Prep and patching.
- Spray and roll.
- Color matching.
- Clean work around tenants and after hours when a space needs it.
- Valid California driver's license.
- Elastomeric and industrial coatings.
- Wall covering.
- Tools and uniforms provided.
- Dental and vision fully paid by the company, and half your medical premium.
- 401k with company match.
- Paid holidays and 40 hours paid sick leave.
- Phone allowance.
- Company vehicle depending on role and route.
