M5 Services is a commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton. We maintain and repair commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula.
THE WORKThis is a hybrid field and content position. You will work with our commercial maintenance and construction crews while capturing the work in a way that helps M5 recruit, sell, and show proof of what we do.
Field work may include punch-list support, jobsite protection, material handling, light maintenance, clean-up, before-and-after documentation, and helping technicians keep jobs moving.
Content work includes shooting photos and short videos, capturing progress and finished work, basic editing for Instagram, Linked In, the M5 website, recruiting, and project updates. Good judgment matters. We work in commercial buildings around clients and tenants, so privacy, safety, and professionalism come first.
What We're Looking ForHands-on commercial maintenance, construction, porter tech, or field support experience. Comfortable on active commercial properties. Able to take clear photos and videos and edit simple short-form clips. Reliable, organized, and able to switch between helping on the job and documenting the job. Valid California driver's license.
NICE TO HAVEExperience with Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, Canva, Cap Cut, Premiere, or similar tools. Basic writing for captions. Trade experience in maintenance, doors and hardware, paint, drywall, flooring, or construction cleanup.
