MissionAs a Senior Backend Engineer, you will join an elite team of veterans from top-tier tech labs. You wont just be maintaining code; you will be architecting the engine that powers link modeling and autonomous network orchestration.
Key Focus Areas- Massive Scale: Optimize distributed systems to handle complex link computations across heterogeneous compute environments.
- High Performance: Migrate critical CPU-bound workloads to GPU-accelerated architectures to unlock real-time processing.
- Algorithmic Excellence: Refine production algorithms using signal processing and linear algebra to maximize system capacity.
- Full Ownership: Drive technical design from napkin sketch to production launch.
- Experience: 7+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or networking.
- Languages: Mastery of Golang, C/C++, Rust, or Java.
- Architectural Depth: Proven ability to lead technical design and build for system health, diagnosis, and reliability.
- Modern Stack: Familiarity with cloud-native ecosystems, container orchestration (K8s), and distributed data systems.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in performance debugging and data visualization for complex systems.
