POSITION SUMMARY:
Temp to perm position located on site in Pleasanton, CA
Responsible for the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, storing, and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Prepares and assembles kits. All work is subject to additional requests as assigned by Department Manager.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri or Tues-Sat, 8:00am‑4:30pm. Hourly rate starts at $20.
- Ship outgoing shipments.
- Prepare, move, label, and build boxes for shipments; operate pallet jack; print paperwork.
- Maintain inventory of kits and shipping supplies based on order points with purchasing/inventory team.
- Data entry using spreadsheet, third‑party systems, and ERP (preferably Microsoft GP).
- Manage work orders and all supporting documentation.
- Pick and pack material ensuring order accuracy.
- Enter work order information into computer system and validate order receipt.
- Use ERP software to manage inventory.
- Perform regular cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory in the shipping area.
- Meet deadlines, goals, and performance metrics for on‑time order processing.
- Troubleshoot Natera‑site delivery or pickup related carrier issues.
- Identify, count, stock materials, and maintain records of goods received.
- Build kits for outgoing shipments according to current bill of materials.
- Perform other duties assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Computer proficiency.
- Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL international shipping experience preferred.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Organized individual with great attention to detail and focus on quality.
- Self‑motivated, good team player.
- Takes accountability and ownership of own work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of the base pay we expect to offer at the time of hire. Final compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and skill considerations.

Compensation Range: $17.09 - $21.37 USD.
