Ensure safe and efficient operational execution of the Service Center

Must ensure that company policies and procedures are being enforced and adhered to at all times.

Provide continual evaluation of the group's processes and methods, to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment.

• Provide day to day supervision of employee job execution, to include; training, performance evaluation and employee relations.
• Receive daily service calls and work orders. Assign tasks to appropriate personnel. Verify completion of jobs. Distribute work load evenly and efficiently among employees.
• Monitor and evaluate the work of shop personnel. Assist in performance reviews.
• Schedule employee work hours and time off the job. Insure that adequate human resources are available at all times.
• Collect service and rental tickets daily from field instrument technicians.
• Complete "phone-in" and "over-the-counter" service transactions.
• Assist management with administrative duties. Complete requisitions for needed supplies

and equipment.

• Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

High School/GED

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

High School Diploma or equivalent.

At least 2 years experience in Industrial or Field Service Supervisory role

Experience in heavy equipment a plus

Ability to stand, walk, bend/stoop, push/pull and repetitive movements up to 12 hours per day

Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50#

Proficient in Microsoft Office
