As a Production Coordinator at Ware Malcomb, you will support the Project Architect or Project Manager in the delivery of innovative design projects. You will assist in the coordination of consultants and internal teams, maintain project drawings, and provide production support. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or junior architect looking to gain exposure to multiple project stages while working under the guidance of experienced professionals.
YourRole
- Assist in preparing project documents using AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Job Captain for project coordination, including consultant team interactions and construction service.
- Help with submittals for jurisdictional agencies.
- Engage with clients, contractors, consultants, and team members.
- 1+ years of experience in the field of Architecture preferred, including relevant internship experience. We will also consider recent or upcoming graduates for this position.
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch-Up
- Architecture degree or Technical College Degree/Certificate
