Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Elementary Assistant Principal. Responsibilities- Assist the principal in the overall administration of the school, including the development and implementation of educational programs and policies.

- Monitor student progress and implement interventions to support at‑risk students.
- Foster a positive school culture through effective communication and collaboration with students, parents, and the community.
- Manage student discipline and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Coordinate school events, programs, and activities that promote student engagement and community involvement.
- Assist in the evaluation and assessment of staff performance.
- Participate in school committees and work groups to support school improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about educational trends and best practices to enhance school operations.
- Valid state certification or licensure in school administration or leadership.
- Prior experience in an educational setting, preferably in a leadership or administrative role.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders, including students, parents, and staff.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment for all students.
- Proficient in using technology and educational software to enhance school operations and communication.
