Workover Derrickhand – Full Time – Pleasanton, TX

Ranger Energy Services is seeking a Workover Derrickhand to support well servicing operations in Pleasanton, TX. In this role, you’ll help operate and maintain the rig, perform derrick and rig floor duties, handle tubulars and BOPs, and mentor floor hands. This is a physically demanding, safety-critical role ideal for candidates experienced in oilfield operations who thrive in a team-focused, fast-paced environment.

• 1+ years of well servicing rig experience preferred
• Familiar with pump and tank operations
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or able to obtain)
• Able to perform duties of Floorhand
• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (preferred)

• Experience racking rod/tubing and assisting with BOP operations
• Familiarity with energy isolation procedures
• Competence in training floor hands
• Focused on safety and proactive hazard identification
