Speech-Language Pathologist; SLP; School Based Therapy - Hybrid

Princeton Staffing Solutions is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP) for a full-time 37.5-hour-per-week School-Based W2 contract serving students in Pre-K-2nd Grade. In person service delivery is strongly preferred. Hybrid will be considered for candidates with school based virtual experience. Local Candidates Welcome.

• Compensation is customized based on experience, credentials, and travel eligibility and will be discussed prior to district submission.

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
• Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable)
• Maintain therapy schedules and service logs
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Active Texas License in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based experience is required.
• Experience with Evaluations, IEP development, ARD participation, and direct services.
