All-Temps Personnel Services is currently hiring Injection Mold Machine Operator helper for our client's manufacturing facility in Pleasanton, Texas. We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals with manufacturing experience who can thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

The Injection Mold Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting injection molding machines while ensuring production goals and quality standards are met. This position requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently.
• Set up and monitor equipment according to production requirements.
• Inspect finished products for quality and identify defects.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and report equipment issues.
• Maintain production records and complete required documentation.
• Ensure products meet customer and company quality specifications.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience with injection molding machines preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to identify and resolve basic machine and process issues.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience required.
• Injection molding experience is a plus.

• Manufacturing facility in Pleasanton, TX.
• Non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Fast-paced production setting.
• Exposure to machinery, moving equipment, and industrial noise.
