Rig Operators – Well Servicing – Full-Time + PTO – Pleasanton TX

Ranger Energy Services is hiring Rig Operators in Pleasanton, TX to lead and oversee well servicing rig operations. This role includes managing crews, handling rig-up/down procedures, operating BOPs and pumping systems, and communicating with clients on-site. Candidates must be experienced in well servicing and able to lead safely in high‑paced environments. The role offers full‑time employment and paid time off.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 5+ years of well servicing rig experience
• 2+ years as a relief operator (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or ability to obtain)
• Ability to perform manual labor
• Strong leadership and multitasking skills
• Completion of all required pre‑employment screenings

• Familiarity with rig hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
• Experience mentoring floor hands and derrick hands
• Comfortable coordinating simultaneous operations with vendors/contractors
