Novara Group LLC is seeking a qualified Site Safety Manager for a full-time construction assignment in Pleasantville, New Jersey.
Position Details- Anticipated start:
October 2026 - Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. - Approximately 40 hours per week
- Anticipated project duration: two years
- Compensation: $50–$60 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience
- Project-based W-2 position
- Provide daily safety oversight for construction activities
- Conduct site inspections and identify unsafe conditions or work practices
- Monitor compliance with project safety requirements and applicable OSHA regulations
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and pre-task planning
- Maintain daily safety reports, inspection records, and required documentation
- Coordinate corrective actions with project management and field personnel
- Assist with incident reporting and investigations when required
- Promote a professional and proactive safety culture throughout the project
- Active Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) certification
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification
- 24-Hour HAZWOPER training
- At least five years of professional construction-safety experience
- Ability to work the required day shift in Pleasantville, New Jersey
- Reliable transportation and authorization to work in the United States
- Strong communication, documentation, and field-observation skills
