The Cultivation Technician III reports to the IPM & Cultivation Supervisor and supports our New Jersey cultivation operations. The role focuses on executing the IPM program to ensure plant health, biosecurity compliance, and pest prevention, including scouting, treatments, sanitation, and documentation.
When IPM duties are complete, this role supports general cultivation operations, harvest workflows, room turnovers, and other related duties while adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
