Registered Nurse Associate Manager – John Brooks Recovery Center – Pleasantville
The Associate Nurse Manager plays a vital role in overseeing nursing care delivery, staff development, and patient care services at the John Brooks Recovery Center. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently. The Associate Nurse Manager will collaborate with the Clinical Manager to ensure seamless patient care and support the growth and development of the nursing team.
Responsibilities- Ensure expert nursing care delivery, supporting staff education and evidence‑based practice.
- Supervise team members’ daily activities, ensuring adherence to departmental policies.
- Act as a key leader, coordinating customer services and managing the nursing unit.
- Assist the Clinical Manager in leading the patient care team and achieving departmental goals.
- Promote staff participation in educational activities and evaluations for personal growth.
- Serve as a liaison between nursing and medical staff, fostering positive relationships.
- Establish effective communication with patients, families, and professionals.
- Support organizational goals through quality customer service and teamwork.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to hospital protocols.
- Report to the Clinical Nurse Manager and supervise nursing staff as assigned.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program, Bachelor’s in nursing preferred.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
- American Heart Association BLS certification required.
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) or Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) certification within 2 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Clinical Applications preferred, with training provided.
- Meets qualifications outlined for specialty areas.
- Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment.
- Potential exposure to hospital hazards, including infectious diseases and pathogens.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and pushing heavy equipment.

• Pay Range: $86,751.00–$
