BLS Dispatcher Medical Transportation - Day Shift

Tri Care Medical Transportation is South Jersey’s premier medical transportation company. We are a large‑scale 24/7 operation with over 300 employees and 130 vehicles, providing service from our headquarters in Pleasantville, NJ and two satellite locations in Vineland and Cherry Hill.

As a BLS Dispatcher, you will play a key role as the first line of response in emergency and non‑emergency calls.

• Coordinate the work and activities of EMTs, First Responders and Nurses during emergency and non‑emergency transports
• Be courteous and professional to patients, facility employees, co‑workers, supervisors and the public at all times
• Receive, prioritize and dispatch calls in computer aided dispatch software (CAD)
• Intake large volume of calls and determine appropriate level of EMS responsible required
• Operate radio communication device, multi‑line telephone system and various computer systems

• Open availability – we are a 24/7 operation so hours will vary
• Dispatch experience is preferred but not required
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in high pressure situations
• Clean background check
• Negative drug screening

• Competitive compensation $20.00‑24.00 based on experience
