Medical Transportation Dispatcher Tuesday thru Saturday 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM

DescriptionTri Care Medical Transportation is seeking a dependable and motivated Dispatcher to support our MAV (Mobility Assistance Vehicle) and BLS (Basic Life Support) operations.

We are a large-scale 24/7 operation with over 300 employees and 130 vehicles, providing service from our headquarters in Pleasantville, NJ and two satellite locations in Vineland and Cherry Hill. Tri Care is a trusted provider of non-emergency medical transportation services, committed to helping individuals with mobility challenges get to and from medical appointments safely and on time.
WHATYOU’LL DO
- Dispatch and coordinate MAV and BLS units for scheduled and on-demand transports
- Monitor trips and adjust assignments as needed to maintain efficiency and on-time performance
- Communicate with drivers, healthcare facilities, and internal teams
- Accurately document trip updates and communications in CAD systems
- Assist with resolving delays, scheduling conflicts, and operational issues
- Support operations with professionalism and attention to detail
- Previous dispatch, logistics, or transportation experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable making decisions and adapting to changing situations
- Familiarity with CAD or dispatch systems is a plus
- Knowledge of medical transport terminology (MAV, BLS, etc.) is helpful but not required
- Clean background check
- Negative drug screening
Tuesday thru Saturday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Consistent, full-time hours
