Your Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to restore mobility, strength, and function
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams for optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and recovery techniques
Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning
Requirements:
Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills
Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
