Responsibilities:

• Assess residents’ physical conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Educate residents and staff on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.

Qualifications:

• Current license as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitative therapies and protocols.
• Excellent assessment and communication skills.
• Experience working in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to work full-time with flexibility across multiple locations.
