Accountant Opportunity - Plymouth Meeting, PA to $90K

Established, growing organization near Plymouth Meeting PA hiring experienced Staff Accountant to their finance team. This is a newly created role, reporting directly to the Controller, and offers hands-on experience across payroll, month-end close, and general accounting.

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, prepare bank and account reconciliations.
• Manage multi-state payroll
• Handle AP/AR functions, post journal entries, and support financial reporting.
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies and payroll regulations.
• Support audits and process improvement initiatives.

• 2+ years of accounting experience, general ledger experience.
• Comfortable interpreting P&Ls and balance sheets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting or payroll software (Quick Books, ADP, Paychex, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a desire to learn and grow.
