Our Plymouth Meeting, PA office is seeking a friendly, organized, and highly dependable Office Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our newest location. This role oversees front desk operations and provides vital administrative support to ensure our office runs smoothly. This role is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8.15am to 5pm. Key Responsibilities Front Desk Operations
  • Warmly greet visitors and ensure a smooth handoff to the appropriate team or functional area.
  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Manage conference room scheduling.
  • Maintain essential office resources including the procedures handbook, phone list, office checkbook, and postage account.
  • Ensure consistent front desk coverage during absences or breaks.
Office Oversight & Administration
  • Coordinate office supply orders through Facilities, including break room needs.
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, mail, faxes, packages).
  • Deliver outbound packages to Fed Ex and USPS as needed.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to the building landlord and McNees Facilities for repairs and maintenance.
  • Process vendor invoices and forward to Accounting.
  • Manage the weekly office deposit, including transport to/from the bank.
  • Close dead file listings in Aderant.
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Highly organized self-starter with the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding clients and employees.
  • Ability to follow a set work schedule with flexibility for office needs.
  • Must work fully onsite in a typical office environment; minimal travel between offices may be required.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years experience in a receptionist, administrative or office coordination role.
Working Conditions

Work is performed in a standard law office environment with minimal exposure to noise, dust, or extreme temperatures.
