Chief Product Officer (CPO)

Role Overview :
Architecting the Future of B2B Commerce

The Chief Product Officer is a key member of the company's executive leadership team, responsible for defining and executing the company’s global product strategy. We are seeking a high-caliber leader with a General Manager mindset— someone who takes full accountability for business outcomes, P&L performance, and the expansion of our market share in the B2B SaaS ecosystem.

You will act as the cross-functional "glue" that unifies Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering into a high-velocity growth engine. Your mandate spans from navigating technical stability in our next-generation platform to pioneering the next era of Agentic Commerce through our Hyper Scale™ AI agent suite.

Scope and Impact
  • Executive leadership of global product organization.
  • Direct influence on platform strategy, revenue growth, and long-term market positioning as the "Digital Slingshot" for mid-market distribution.
  • Strategic partnership with the CEO and Board to define the long-term trajectory of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy and Vision (The North Star)
    • Define and execute a compelling three-year product vision that anticipates the shift from traditional search to autonomous, agent-led buying journeys.
    • Act as the primary global voice for the company, translating emerging trends in AI, composable architectures, and B2B logistics into competitive advantages.
    • Ensure product investments support enterprise financial goals, ARR growth targets, and long-term sustainability.
    • Oversee the full product lifecycle with an emphasis on Portfolio Governance (priority sequencing and dependency management) rather than mere administration.
    • Establish "Technical Integrity" by enforcing rigorous, evidence-based readiness standards for next-generation launches, ensuring technical stability before GTM advancement.
    • Own P&L responsibility for product lines, including revenue targets, margin goals, and the optimization of pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Ecosystem Advocacy
    • Maintain deep synergy with Marketing to ensure product-accuracy and messaging consistency across all campaigns, roadmaps, and sales demos.
    • Institutionalize high-stakes relationships with ecosystem partners, acting as the arbiter for complex deal positioning and rules of engagement.
    • Reset the charter for the eCommerce Customer Advisory Board (CAB) to bridge the gap between product strategy and broad operational customer needs.
  • Organizational Leadership & Talent Architecture
    • Build, lead, and develop a world-class product and marketing organization, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and data-driven decision-making.
    • Serve as a "Resilience Architect," leading the team through ambiguity and rapid innovation cycles while maintaining accountability.
    • Identify and cultivate high-potential internal leaders to strengthen the organization's leadership bench.
  • Executive Partnership and Business Alignment
    • Partner directly with the CEO and Board to shape the future of the AI portfolio and drive enterprise-wide transformation.
    • Provide regular executive-grade insights and reporting on product performance, ROI, and business impact.
    • Lead the transition from monolithic legacy thinking to modular, API-driven architectures to support global growth.
  • Required Experience & Qualifications
    • Experience:

15+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a C-level or SVP role overseeing multiple product lines in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
    • Track Record:
Proven success scaling platforms from $30M to $100M+ ARR and managing complex technical migrations or "0→1" product launches.
    • Technical Acumen:
Deep fluency in AI/Agentic technologies (LLMs, predictive modeling), composable commerce, and enterprise system integrations (ERP/PIM).
    • Financial Expertise:
Direct experience with full P&L ownership, including financial modeling, ROI-based investment decisions, and margin management.
    • Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
