• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
• Assist clients with account management and financial planning services.
• Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Prepare and process client documentation and reports accurately.
• Collaborate with financial advisors to enhance client service delivery.
• Maintain client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide timely follow-ups and updates to clients regarding their accounts.
• Identify opportunities for improving client satisfaction and service efficiency.

• 1+ years of experience in client service or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. (CRM, Outlook, Teams, Box)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Familiarity with investment products and financial planning concepts.
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Series 7, Series 66) are a plus.
