Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sr. Funder to join our client to support high-volume real estate transactions and help drive accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency within a fast-paced title environment. This role serves as the operational backbone for daily funding activity while acting as a key escalation point for both internal teams and leadership. You will support the oversight of a growing team, streamline workflows, and ensure all disbursements meet strict deadlines and regulatory standards.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys contributing directly to production while mentoring others.
Compensation:
$65,000 - $75,000/year
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, normal business hours Key Responsibilities of the Sr. Funder (Title Insurance):
  • Oversee daily funding operations, ensuring high-volume disbursements are completed accurately and within tight turnaround times.
  • Monitor queues, address challenges as they arise, and act as the go-to escalation resource for the team.
  • Support leadership by training team members, updating SOPs, and contributing to continuous process improvement.
  • Guide the team toward meeting service-level expectations while maintaining strict compliance and audit readiness.
  • Assist with post-closing accounting functions and step in as a player-coach to manage production needs.
Qualifications and Skills for the Sr. Funder (Title Insurance):
  • 3+ years of closing or funding experience within a title or settlement services organization.
  • Strong working knowledge of title insurance practices, disbursements, and post-closing financial workflows.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including coaching, delegation, and managing deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience gathering documents for audits and supporting compliance processes.
  • Ability to thrive as both an individual contributor and informal team leader.
