A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) is sought to provide comprehensive speech and language services within a K-12 school environment. This travel opportunity is based in Norristown, PA, and requires full-time onsite engagement from ASAP through the end of the school year. The caseload includes approximately 30 students, primarily at the middle and high school levels.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in accordance with school policies and legal requirements.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
- Experience working with middle and high school populations preferred.
- Solid knowledge of speech and language disorders along with evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 30 students and work full-time onsite.
