Position

CNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) – Private Duty – Montgomery County, all shifts available.

Keystone Care Home Health and Hospice offers a pay range of $31,200.00 to $39,520.00 per year, based on experience and skills.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and other activities of daily living.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes to healthcare personnel.
• Prepare meals and assist clients with eating.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean living environment.
• Assist with mobility and transportation, including moving between locations.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and outings as needed.
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records.

• Previous caregiver or healthcare‑related experience preferred.
• Fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic attitude toward client care.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Proof of Influenza vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption.
• Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance if traveling between sites.

• Hourly pay $16.00–$19.00.
