Summary

As a Senior Marketing Representative at ETHOS Treatment LLC, you will play a key leadership role in developing and executing marketing and outreach strategies aimed at expanding our community presence and strengthening partnerships within the ETHOS ecosystem. This position is responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities while fostering and maintaining relationships with key referral sources. In a supervisory capacity, you will provide direct oversight of group census management and individual marketing initiatives, working collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and optimize patient acquisition and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Representative not only participates in traditional outreach and promotional activities but also takes on leadership, strategic planning, data analysis, and cross-departmental collaboration responsibilities. They are expected to mentor junior staff, manage resources, and represent ETHOS at a higher level within the healthcare community.

Market Strategy and Analysis
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential referral sources, emerging market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze data to develop and implement targeted strategies for business growth and service line expansion.
  • Continued enhancement of ETHOS’s public-facing materials, including Psychology Today, Organic Linked In engagement and Professional branding (clinician headshots, social media presence, and direct marketing initiatives).
Outreach and Lead Generation
  • Proactively identify and engage potential referral partners, including but not limited to physicians, mental health professionals, community organizations, and other key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, strategic outreach, and business development initiatives.
  • Provide collaboration with Clinical Team to handle pipelines that may provide a continued stream of referrals based on a built relationship.
Relationship Management and Collaboration
  • Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, referral sources, and community partners.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with service delivery and organizational goals.
  • Provide direct oversight of group census management in coordination with the clinical team to optimize patient acquisition and engagement.
  • Acts as a liaison between the marketing department and clinical teams, ensuring marketing initiatives align with clinical capacity (e.g., managing group census).
  • Facilitates communication between operational leadership and outreach staff.
Marketing and Promotional Initiatives
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and promotional activities to enhance ETHOS’s visibility within the community.
  • Represent ETHOS at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote services and foster new partnerships.
Reporting, Data Management, and Analysis
  • Provide regular reports on marketing and business development activities, including progress updates and opportunity assessments.
  • Analyze referral trends and marketing data to refine strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of outreach activities, contacts, and leads in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Prepare and present monthly referral reports, comparing strategy effectiveness and market trends to the L10 Team.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of healthcare marketing, referral networks, and community outreach.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, data interpretation, and trend identification to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience overseeing teams or coordinating cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a client-centered approach.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for tracking outreach and reporting (preferred).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media for promotional activities.
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to travel locally for outreach, events, and partner meetings.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend events as needed.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Marketing or Business Development within the behavioral health space.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
