We are seeking a knowledgeable, proactive, and detail-obsessed Human Resources Manager to support our growing Human Resources team at our corporate office. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Vice Presidents of HR, ensuring smooth, compliant, and impeccable execution of all HR processes. Your work will help elevate the HR function, support our teams nationwide, and reinforce our reputation for excellence.

  • You’ve managed HRIS platforms and can troubleshoot inquiries before escalating to technical support.
  • You’re solution-oriented and approach challenges with curiosity, professionalism, and positivity.
  • You can identify HR process gaps and propose actionable, scalable improvements.
  • You’re comfortable being the “gatekeeper” for the HR team inbox, ensuring messages are routed quickly and accurately.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you genuinely enjoy building relationships.
  • You have experience supporting Workers’ Compensation claims across multiple states.
  • You’ve worked with dispersed or remote teams and can accommodate business needs across multiple time zones.
  • You have experience documenting conversations, coaching leaders, and escalating concerns appropriately.
  • You are highly professional, polished, and committed to upholding high standards.
  • You’ve contributed to special projects, events, or initiatives that bring teams together.
  • You love HR, believe in continuous learning, and are passionate about supporting people and culture.
  • You’re flexible and agile, adjusting priorities with ease as business needs evolve.
Additional Qualifications
  • Experience in hospitality, real estate, or multifamily housing is a plus.
  • Experience supporting a remote or distributed workforce.
  • Background in HR operations across multiple states and time zones.
