We are seeking a talented and experienced Q/A Technical Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of our new ERP system.
As a Q/A Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Quality Assurance (QA) team and processes for the ERP implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role will require a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities- Team Leadership:
Build, develop, and manage a high-performing QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and training as needed. - Process Development:
Establish and implement robust QA processes, methodologies, and standards to ensure efficient and effective testing. - Test Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of the ERP system. - Defect Management:
Track, analyze, and report defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. - Automation:
Identify opportunities for test automation and implement automation frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage. - Stakeholder Management:
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on QA progress and addressing concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on software testing.
- Proven experience leading and managing QA teams in a decentralized environment.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Dev Ops practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
