Labor & Employment Attorney

A well-established law firm is seeking a skilled Labor & Employment Attorney to join their team. You will provide expert legal counsel on employment matters, handle disputes, and support clients in navigating complex labor and employment laws.

• Advise clients on wage and hour compliance, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and workplace policies
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment and severance agreements
• Represent clients in investigations, mediations, arbitrations, and litigation
• Provide guidance and training to management and HR
• Stay current on federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure compliance

• Juris Doctor (JD) and licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
• Strong experience in employment or labor law, including litigation and advisory work
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
