Construction Project Manager - Life Science

The Project Manager - Life Science leads construction projects from concept and preconstruction through completion and close-out. This role oversees subcontractors, design teams, and project staff to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing project execution plans, managing logistics and workflows, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities for new business. Projects typically involve large-scale or technically complex assignments.

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in design-build project management
• Proven ability to manage large $MM life science projects
• Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, and risk management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage workload independently and solve complex problems
• Proficiency with construction software such as Bluebeam, PROCORE, MS Project or Primavera, and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with life sciences and advanced technology construction
