Cashiers are the heart of Burlington's success. You assist customers at the register, help them find what they need, and ensure a smooth checkout experience while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

• Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude
• Accurately and efficiently ring on register
• Process layaways, returns, and exchanges
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager from time to time

• Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Willingness to participate in initiatives that positively impact the store and customers
• Commitment to treating colleagues and customers with respect; belief in diversity and inclusion

Base Pay: $13.50 per hour
