1st Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6AM - 3PM;
Friday, 6AM - 10AM

Essential Functions
  • Print and assemble job packets for production, ensuring all required documents are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Review documentation for completeness and compliance with internal procedures before release to manufacturing.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers, Engineering, and Quality to resolve any missing or unclear information prior to release.
  • Track and log packet releases and maintain associated documentation for traceability.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for job packets and related records.
  • Support the Account Management team by preparing customer-specific documents and reports as needed.
  • Assist with document routing, revisions, and updates related to customer orders and internal processes.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams to support on-time delivery of customer orders.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are performed in compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA).
  • Performs other duties with the ability to prioritize according to demand.
Competency
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable handling repetitive administrative tasks with consistency and care.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP systems a plus.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and confidentiality.
  • Must be respectful and display a positive attitude
Educational Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Experience

Minimum 0-1 years of related experience
