Primary Responsibilities Training&Leadership- Lead Engineeringteammembersintechnicalexcellenceandproductionbestpractices.
- Promoteacultureofinnovation,safety,continuous improvement.
- Lead Engineeringprojectsfromconcepttoimplementation.
- Ensureprojectsaredeliveredsafely,ontime,andwithinbudget.
- Establishprojectprioritiesandallocateresourcestosupportbusinessobjectives.
- Coordinatewithcross-functionalteamsin
Production,Quality,Maintenance,andITaswellaswiththe Central Engineeringteamheadquarteredin Germany .
- Identifyopportunitiesforprocessimprovementsthatenhancesafety,productivity,quality,andoperationalefficiency.
- Buildandstrengthenengineeringprocesses,standards,andbestpracticesacrossthesite.
- Drivecontinuousimprovementeffortsthroughdataanalysis,rootcauseproblemsolving,andimplementationofsustainablesolutions.
- Supportequipmentupgrades,expansions,facility improvements,andnewtechnologyimplementation.
- Collaborate with Central Engineeringandglobalstakeholdersonstrategicinitiativesandequipmentinstallations .
- Ensurecompliancewithsafetyandindustrystandards.
- Bachelor'sdegreein
Mechanical
Engineering,Electrical Engineering,Chemical Engineering,Industrial Engineering,orarelatedengineeringdiscipline.
- 5+yearsofengineeringexperiencewithinamanufacturing,industrial,food production,consumer products,pharmaceutical,orsimilarenvironment.
- Priorexperienceleading,mentoring,ormanagingengineersandtechnicalteams.
- Provensuccessmanagingcapitalprojectsandcross-functional initiatives.
- Strongprojectmanagementskillswiththeabilitytobalancemultipleprioritiesinafast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication,leadership,andstakeholdermanagementskills.
- Experiencedrivingoperationalimprovementsandsolvingcomplextechnicalchallenges
