This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing Clerk at Oliver Ford Lincoln Inc., located in Plymouth, IN. The Billing Clerk will be responsible for processing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy in billing transactions, maintaining financial records, and assisting in general accounting tasks. The role involves close communication with team members to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently. This position plays a critical role in supporting the financial operations of the dealership by maintaining precise and organized billing processes.

• Proficiency in Billing Processes and Invoicing
• Knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to address inquiries and resolve discrepancies effectively
• Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant accounting or billing software and tools
• Previous experience in an accounting or billing role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in accounting or finance are a plus
