Therapist - IOP

Schedule:
Monday - Thursday;
Off Friday.

Michiana Behavioral Health is seeking a master’s level therapist for our Intensive Outpatient Program, which utilizes both virtual and in‑person treatment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about serving individuals with behavioral health and substance abuse issues.

• Complete psychosocial assessment upon admission.
• Case management and treatment planning.
• Aftercare coordination.
• Document treatment provided to patient in medical record legibly and in a timely manner.
• Attend regular treatment team meetings to provide social work perspective.

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a related mental health field.
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, treatment and clinical assessment skills preferred.
• LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
