Overnight Maintenance Technician

Overview

Overnight Maintenance Technician at Pregis – Plymouth, IN. Shift: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM, Rotating Weekends. Pay Range: $25–$35/hour.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Perform preventive and corrective (reactionary) maintenance
• Install new equipment and manage special projects
• Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and safety procedures
• Collaborate across departments to solve problems and improve operations
• Maintain inventory and source parts and materials
• Use CMMS software to log work orders and maintenance activities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with PLCs, DCS, welding, machining, and electrical systems
• Familiarity with LOTO procedures and machine control systems
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, and work in warm, humid environments
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in machine repair or technical maintenance roles

• Fast-paced manufacturing setting
