Join Spi Trex CTE.
1st Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6AM - 3PM;
Friday, 6AM - 10AM
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine best methods for programming CMM measurements
- Develop CMM programs for product characteristics and gauges
- Use PC-DMIS software to write CMM Programs
- Provide technical support for operators using CMM
- Maintain CMM PM logs and perform regular visual inspections of the equipment and fixtures
- Generate inspection reports as needed
- Ability to understand methods for measurement
- Ability to multitask to ensure projects are completed on time
- Work with Engineering group to support related activities as needed
- Improve CMM program cycle time and accuracy as needed
- Ability to learn Solidworks 3D modeling software
- Vision System Programming as needed
- Support in troubleshooting quality issues
- Conform to ISO
13485, 21 CFR Part 820, and medical device industry requirements. - Other work-related tasks as assigned
- PC DMIS software experience or like software is required.
- Ability to read blue prints
- Strong GD&T skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong computer knowledge
- Familiar with machining processes
- Familiar with Solidworks
- Familiar with 3D part printing
High School Diploma or GED preferred
ExperienceMedical Device manufacturing preferred
