Compensation

Hourly wage ranges from $19 to $32 per hour, equal to or above the required minimum wage for the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Health and Beauty associate responsibilities include taking care of customers and creative merchandising. Duties involve moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and creating seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
