Paladin Security and Investigations is seeking dependable, professional individuals to join our growing team as Part-Time Security Officers. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in beginning a career in the security industry. Previous security experience is not required. We are looking for reliable people with good judgment, strong communication skills, and a professional attitude.
Schedule:- Part-time, approximately 24–32 hours per week
- Overnight shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Flexible scheduling
- Maintaining a visible security presence at assigned locations
- Monitoring properties and identifying suspicious or unusual activity
- Conducting routine patrols
- Documenting incidents and completing basic security reports
- Assisting clients, employees, and visitors as needed
- Following site-specific security procedures
- Dependable and punctual
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Good communication skills
- Ability to remain alert and make sound decisions
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
