We are seeking a skilled Locate Technician to join our team in Plymouth, IN. The primary responsibility of the Locate Technician is to accurately locate and mark underground utilities using various tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in utility locating and be familiar with industry best practices and safety standards.

• Use electronic locating equipment to accurately mark the location of underground utilities
• Interpret utility maps and records to determine the location of underground lines
• Communicate with clients and contractors to coordinate locate requests
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing locate duties
• Maintain accurate records of locate activities and submit reports as required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in utility locating preferred
• Knowledge of utility maps and records
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
