Electrical Maintenance Technician

Pro Resources is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician for a growing manufacturer in Plymouth, IN. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting production and facility equipment to keep operations running smoothly. • 1st Shift/ Swing Shift and 3rd Shift/ Swing Shift
• Compensation is from 56,160 USD to 62,400 USD per year

• Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and documentation
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues
• Support building and facility equipment maintenance
• Work closely with your Supervisor and team to ensure safe, efficient operations

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills with 24V–480V systems
• Experience with PLCs, including Siemens and/or Rockwell Allen Bradley
• Understanding of motor controls, schematics, and equipment manuals
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete assigned tasks independently
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook; SAP experience a plus)
• Ability to work in tight spaces, hot/cold environments, lift up to 50 lbs., and work at heights up to 30 ft
